  1. Astonishingly, it seems that Harvard University is still funding Colombia’s fraudulent Caucaseco Scientific Research Center even after it was shut down and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) stopped lining its pockets—and PETA has the evidence to prove it.   
  1. Speaking of Harvard, a recent citation for its own cruel monkey experiments prompted us to file a new NIH complaint against the university.  
  1. Victory! A top Colombian university—the first in South America—has banned cruel forced swim tests. 
  1. A North Carolina Central University professor won a PETA Science Group Award for teaching his students modern, animal-free testing methods.  
  1. More news from the Tar Heel State: Congress Member Don Davis (D-N.C.-01) is one of the latest representatives to cosponsor a bill that would ban NIH from funding cruel and pointless experiments on animals in foreign laboratories.
