Get ready! July is fast approaching, which means vegan cookouts, silent fireworks, and PETA’s “Not Your Usual Animal Rights Conference.”
Mark your calendars for Saturday, July 10, and Sunday, July 11, and join PETA’s one-of-a-kind virtual animal rights conference from your computer, tablet, or mobile device. This stimulating, powerful event will fortify your compassion, strengthen your activism, and help you better challenge speciesism to make landmark changes for animals.
We’ll have engaging classes on both days from 12 noon to 4 p.m. ET (9 a.m. to 1 p.m. PT), with tips, tricks, and information presented by PETA experts along with other knowledgeable authors, doers, and changemakers who share your commitment to helping animals.
You’ll receive an eyeful, an earful, and a “brainful” of information on a whole host of issues. Each presentation will provide you with solid advice and great tools and ideas—things to think about, words to say, and deeds to do. As an attendee, you’ll also gain access to a library of on-demand and downloadable videos and other materials for use in your own life and community.
As inspiring as the classes will be, you won’t want to miss the interactive activities and engagement opportunities offered before and after them, too. These include a virtual vendor village where you can browse loads of PETA Business Friends and other innovative corporate partners, including food purveyors, clothing designers, makers of companion animal toys, cosmetics companies, and more. You can also shop at our PETA Mall—and you might even win a fabulous swag bag worth hundreds of dollars, delivered to your doorstep.
Tickets are just $29 for PETA members and $59 for those who are not yet PETA members. (Not a member yet? No problem. If you join now on the registration page, you’ll qualify for the discounted rate.) And because we want to encourage activists of all ages to attend, we’re offering a special student/senior rate of $10—so spread the word!
What are you waiting for? Explore what animal rights is all about or reinvigorate your activism, and help end speciesism—register now for a virtual conference that is all about you. Let’s redefine activism and change the world for animals together.
