Too many people use the excuses, “Oh, my child won’t eat such and such healthy foods” and “Oh, these foods I buy, sugarmilkyogurt and chicken nuggets and snackum cereal and cheese slices have vitamins, and so they’re as good as fruits, vegs, legumes that I don’t want to make. A parent who truly puts health first would and should research on his/her own what foods are healthy, what foods are associated with developing disease, and then ignore peer pressure and marketing/ads and make those foods. Starting when the child’s a baby so that good habits are established.
