i was recently on vacation in greece. one morning i was enjoying the sun on the balcony of my friend’s apartment and saw a cat a few houses away stuck on a roof. he seemed very scared. i carefully but quickly climbed over the balcony and walked across the neighbor’s roofs in order to get to him. it was pretty high up so i made sure i didnt look down!! i then picked him up and carried him back to the balcony. my friend ended up keeping him and named him Leo!! dont worry, hes not allowed on the balcony!

My two girls and I where on our way to the greyhound to mail a parcel by bus…When I was finished mailing the parcel and came out of the building, there was a baby pigeon and the mom feeding it..The baby pigeon had fallen from the roof, but was not hurt…my two girls said, “mom, can we take it home and keep it” I wasn’t sure about raising a baby pigeon, but since I know that they kill the baby pigeons(as they don’t want they popping on or near the greyhound building)(plus it would have gotten run over by the next greyhound coming in.). I said yes…we named the pigeon “Jeremy” and kept the Jeremy for over 2 years before releasing her on a farm…..where she is living happily ever after..
